With over 30 years’ experience in the sector, Pep leads from the front, ensuring the company’s ethos is embraced by all and that standards are consistently maintained across the business. By driving the company’s vision, Pep has successfully guided Mega Brickwork through sustained and effective growth.
Gani Muja
Construction Director
Gani was appointed Construction Manager in 2021 and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across all sites. Highly skilled in building strong client relationships, Gani has developed a proven track record of repeat business. Leading from the front, Gani ensures the company’s ethos and standards are consistently upheld on every project.
Engjell Muja
Head of Commercial & Estimating
Engjell joined Mega Brickwork in 2021, and leads the commercial and estimating department.
Grigore Bivol
Project Manager
Grigore joined Mega Brickwork in 2024 as a Project Manager. He specialises in managing logistically challenging schemes and is known for delivering a high-quality finish through his strong attention to detail. Grigore takes pride in ensuring each project runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards on site.
Mihail Dabugeanu
Site Manager
Mihail is a key member of the Mega Brickwork team, having been part of the business since its early days. An exceptional brickwork technician, he has the ability to seamlessly turn complex designs into reality. With strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach, Mihail ensures operations run smoothly while consistently upholding the highest standards.
